Okay , so hi bloggers . This week wasnt such a fun week for me . We had many problems and situations re just so big , it was slowing us down . There were situations about doing blogs late and having bad grades in other classes . I know this is late but it was because we were evacuating and i didnt have intermet access in my auntys house in makakilo . Anyways , yeah . People were turning in late blogs . I was thinking about ways i could help them do there blogs on time and so we wont have much more problems like this . One way would be , to remind them everyday to do their blogs and then when it comes to a friday tell them to do it right now on the computer and watch them until they have finished it . Hi there bloggers . So we hd to make a talent show flyer to post all over campus to spread the word . I had met all 6 GLO's when i was in the making of my talent show flyer .  GLO #1 - I accomplished GLO number one by basically just funishing my flyer on time and making it myself . I did it when most people were oustide so i didnt have much help nor communications with others . I picked the background myself and i know i made the right picture because it really connects with the topic which is talent show and it also cathces peoples attentn .  GLO #2 - I met GLO number two when it was after school and i had to finish my flyer and change a few things , bretman helped me to print it . I was absent when this situation happened but I had heard many people here in the leadership program talking about this thing happening when I was absent . I was so confused about what was happening /; I didn't know what to do or say when people are talking about it because really , iʻm just so lost right now . The thing that happened was something bad and and all these tense was just getting to everybody . This quote " Leadership isnʻt about ability . Itʻs about responsibility ." means a whole lot for everybody in the leadership program . In my point of view , this quote means that having responsibility and being able to do the things you need to do and finish is way more important than the things you can do which means to ability . Okay , so as you can see from my title this week was so bad for me . Oh& hi (; This week was just a struggle for me .___. But i still managed to just put that all aside and smile . This week went by pretty fast and let me tell you a plot of things happened during this fast period of time . First of all , let me talk about my job for leadership . My job was music and to be honest , i didn't like working this job after all the mistakes we made and knowing that Mr . Ing wasn't happy with the music . The music was so off and not at the right volume level and other songs were just blasting and some other songs were just so soft . I just struggled so much but thats how life is and i have to learn from my mistakes . We struggled with  the music being loud and then soft and having a happy song play after a sad song . Hey there bloggers :) We were assigned to make a poster with a partner . My partner was Trisha and we really did well together . We did such a great job that we met all 6 GLO's . So this week was the first week of second quarter . the start of a new quarter huh ? well , things didn't go as planned . we had to make both a flyer and a poster within just four days . i knew right away i wouldn't get both done on time but i did try . I got my flyer done on thursday while a meeting in A102 was taking place and planning some stuff when we had our lunch . but my poster is what i didn't finish because first of all i was partners with someone out of my period and we had some difficult problems we couldn't fix right away . second of all , i was absent on friday the day it was due so i wasn't there to help out . we figured out some way to get it done . we were planning to print everything we need on monday and quickly paste it on our poster . i really have to be more responsible next time because i can't be always be missing and not be able to help out even though its supposed to be a partner work .
