Okay , so as you can see from my title this week was so bad for me . Oh& hi (; This week was just a struggle for me .___. But i still managed to just put that all aside and smile . This week went by pretty fast and let me tell you a plot of things happened during this fast period of time . First of all , let me talk about my job for leadership . My job was music and to be honest , i didn't like working this job after all the mistakes we made and knowing that Mr . Ing wasn't happy with the music . The music was so off and not at the right volume level and other songs were just blasting and some other songs were just so soft . I just struggled so much but thats how life is and i have to learn from my mistakes . We struggled with  the music being loud and then soft and having a happy song play after a sad song . It was just a fail . At least now me and my team knows what to work on now . We also struggled with our announcements and if it was too loud enough for everyone to hear . Since pour music was blasting , i think it was monday , our announcements was way too soft to hear compared to the music . I have to fix this and now that I'm a group leader , I have to be way more responsible . Next time i have music i will make sure these horrible things i struggled with will never happen again . My next job is TV . I have to make sure intro is made everyday and that every one in my group comes to school this week and very week because there is no way we could do our jobs with just 3 people . The more people to help out and be there , the better . TV is one of the nerve wrecking jobs in leadership but not as nerve wrecking than music  . One reason is that , YOU'RE ON TV ! Your face , voice , and body is on Tv and every one on campus will see you so you have to be careful on what you do and I'm going to make sure that my group does an excellent job this week especially because we did a horrible job last week with music . My classes went well and there is happening to be a slight change on me . I now do the work when its assigned . Weird because i usually do the work before i have that class and it will still be on time but now , i do it the day its assigned . I guess i'm becoming more responsible now and days . Anyways , this week was also our team picture taking . It was so hot ! the heat was just hitting me like a brick wall . LOOOOL . One of our assignments for leadership was to come up with five talents and one club or program within just two days . Some people didn't , some people did . I did :3 I think people didn't finish because they were pressured too much and i was too because we had a limited time of two days and we had to come up with five talents which most people think is impossible . LOOOL but its okay . I got mines down . This activity was fun and very interesting . I found out some of peoples talents that i never knew they had before till they shared theirs . It was fun seeing every body stress out figuring out how will they find five talents . There was this one time i was just laughing like crazy because i was stressing myself out and i started to laugh for no reason . I was just like hahaha . LOOL no , just kidding around . Finding five talents was difficult for me and just about every body else . I think i was couldn't come up with any other talents besides singing because i didn't discover my whole loire yet . Im still being that adventurous girl and trying to find who i am which isn't a easy road to go on . Well , this is it . I know what i could do better with the music thingy and i'll have to try to make TV the best job yet ! (: Bye bloggers ^____^
