3rd Quarter(:

How yo doing bloggers ? LOL So, its then end of the 3rd quarter and let me tell you that this quarter was the toughest quarter yet . I know 4th quarter is the quarter we should be worrying about . But lets just talk about 3rd quarter shall we . 3rd quarter went by fast and all so busy . We had so much to do in so little time and the least thing we needed was fighting going on . We had many ups and downs and i mean all of us did and it wasn't such a smooth move during such a busy quarter . Since all of this fighting was going on, we never ad much communication, we had a lot of arguments, we couldn't do anything together, some people didn't even wanna be in the same room with a another person . Here are  things i learned .

Things I learned: 
So i pretty much learned a lot during 3rd quarter . One thing i learned was to always communicate with others around you well . Because if you don't have that communication, you won't be able to get anything done and you'll turn out to be doing absolutely nothing . Communication is something we all should have with everybody . How are we all gonna be working together ? Were not gonna get anything done if we never talk to each other . We should all spread the word so one person won't be doing something they are not supposed to . Not being able to communicate became a really big problem for all of us this quarter . I also learned that we always should ask any questions if we have any . In this case, we will be doing things right and so we won't do anything wrong . I had experienced many tragedies and so i learned these things and will do them from now on . LESSONS LEARNED!

My Classes:
Period 1, Algebra 1- In this class, we didn't do much actually . We did many reviews though . HSA number 2 came around the corner . My score didn't count because Mr. Young clicked on an answer on my test and it had all kinds of technical difficulties and so, while i was taking the test, Mrs. Dumaran told me i could take the test but my score wouldn't be accounted for . I was bummed because i had a high score too . Anyways, i struggled with some of the lessons we were learning . There was this one quiz i failed because i didn't know how to solve them . But after practices and practices, i got the hang of it and eventually got better .... After the quiz though .-. LOL

Period 2, Social Studies- In this class, in the beginning of the quarter we started on a group project where we were in charge of a specific region and have to find facts about slavery in that region . It was okay but i hated it so much . I was getting blamed on for doing the work . I was in charge of doing everything and still, i get blamed for doing things wrong . Then we presented . Now, we're working on this envelope looking thing thats filled with lots of information about History . Hopefully, i do a great job on it .

Period 3, Science- In this class, we also did a grip project but this one is different . We worked all together as a team and got all the requirements down . I really liked my group for science because our communication between our group members was so good . It was me, nicki, yazmeen who's in the same homeroom(: then we had gabriel . He didn't really do much to cooperate with us but its okay . He's new . Our presentation went well . I thought it was going to be horrible because 1: we didn't practice going over the presentation well . And 2: Nicki wasn't there on the day of our presentation, so yazmeen had to say his part which she didn't know . Anyways, after that we did reviews on that, took a test, and we were done for the quarter .

Period 4, AVID- In this class, we do all the basics we do all the time . Nothing new . 30 second speeches, binder checks, philosophical chairs, socratic seminars, critical reads, even more critical reads . All the same things !

Period 5, english- In this class, we were learning about poetry . We had to make about 5 poems and put it all together and make like a booklet full of poems(: So, we had a cover page, our poets, and our back cover page . I think my poems could be a hit . In my dreams though .

Period 6, leadership- In this class, we were prepping for orientation . We prepped for other things too like Spirit Week . Anyways, we were pretty busy this quarter . Especially, during spirit week . Now, i know why i have to focus at all times .

Weekly Blog 04/15-4/19.. Track meet (: 04/20/13

Morning Bloggers. Lets talk about my week before we get into the track stuff. Well, my week wasn't such a great week for me all just because i was so far behind in all my work. I ended up working whenever i can during the week. Good thing, I'm all caught up now. Well, this is how my classes went. Period 1- we sketched the frog building, front and side view. Then we went on the computer to experiment (FabLab) and how to construct our 3D frog building. We also corrected homework and did classwork on ratios and the odds of favorable and unfavorable. Period 2- OMG! That class was boring. All we did was continue on our project and read a rap and had another piece of paper that shows what the rap meant.  Period 3- Science wash't so bad. We're doing a fun project about constellations. We're making a not so true story about whatever our constellation look like. There's no right or wrong answer. It's just a magical story. Weekly blog. 4.29-5.3

Hi bloggers. This week was probably one of the busiest week ever because of banquet. This week was good too though. Friday night was a night to remember. On thursday and friday, we had to find a homeroom to stay in because on Thursday, it was the 7th graders class day, and on friday, Mr. Ing had a meeting in the morning and they had to go set up for banquet in the afternoon. On thursday morning, i went to Mrs. Chun's class and for period six, i went to Ms. Palmgren's class. It was kind a bad idea to go to Mrs. Palmgren's class for a sub period for period 6 because i had to have her again for period 2.-. But i got to teach the class(x Well, not really teach but be like an assistance. Then for advisory, i also went to Mrs. Chun's class at it was fun. Whoever met their AR goal got to go play outside(: I had fun playing ninja and volleyball with everybody. On friday, we went to Mrs. Chun's class again for homeroom and advisory. Weekly Blog. 04/08-04/12

Hey bloggers. This week went really good but very tiring. With all of track practices and orientation. It was exhausting. I survived though(: This is how my week went... Math- Missed one of her class due to the 6th grade orientation. I was given the chance to make up some things for this class and I did. I'm caught up with everything now. Right now, we're leaning about probability and all that fun stuff. It's a pretty easy lesson. Social Studies- This whole week was just classes for us to work on our "Civil War In A Bag" project. I got 8 out of 12 things done right now meaning I have to work extra harder and faster because this whole project is due next week thursday already. I need 6 more things done. Pretty easy things. Science- I missed one of her class due to the 6th grade orientation as well. Since we only had HSA, I was pretty much caught up with everything. There was this situation that happened because of HSA and us missing it because of orientation....
